From 22 May the art and cultural traditions of the town will come together with Carrara Marmotec. Companies and authorities together for the event Carraramarble Weeks 2012 with the accent on excellence and innovation.
The new 2012 event will come to an end in September with the opening of “Convivere”, the annual festival of culture and journalism held in Carrara. Carraramarble weeks 2012 will be a much larger event, stretching over the entire town. Its centre will be in Via Roma and it will include the renovated International Centre of Plastic arts up to San Giacomo, the old town, Palazzo Binelli, the Fine Arts Academy and Corso Rosselli which was the centre of design in the first year.
